• When generating a report you can now choose to include all workouts, not just those that are scheduled.
• You now have the option to view any instructional pictures (in full, not just as thumbnails as part of the instructions) when an exercise starts and/or pauses. You can set this option for each exercise as needed, or for all exercises using Config tab > Overrides.
• You can now reset schedules for workouts in a session (previously, reset affected all workouts). Resetting schedules can be useful if, for some good reason, you have fallen behind such that many workouts are overdue.
• Added more exercise equipment options: sponge and putty (e.g. for hand therapy).

- New feature: The log of completed exercises can now be cleared. To do so, view the log (either for all workouts or for just one) then long-press on one of the log entries to delete it and all earlier entries.

• A couple of improvements for use as a meditation timer. You can now choose to have the 'get ready' and 'finished' cues be given as tones (rather than the more prominent spoken cues); a workout can now be assigned the 'mind & body' activity type for sync with HealthKit (first turn on 'Share with Health app' from the Config tab).
• A couple of very minor user interface changes; the workout configuration button has been moved in under the menu on the workout detail view.
• Some minor bug fixes.

• Can now run in the background, giving audio cues for your exercises, while you can read or listen to another app.
• The log and reports now include information such as reps and sets counts, duration, weights, and other workout parameters.
• Duplicate a session. Swipe left across a session, then duplicate it.
• If you want to be able to abort a workout without the need to confirm, you can now do that with a special gesture. Turn on "Enable immediate abort" either in workout configs or set it in the app config defaults and overrides.
• Fixed a bug that could cause some app settings to be displayed incorrectly.

Just a couple of tweaks of the previous update:
• Simplifications of the UI to make it easier when aborting a workout or a session (avoiding unnecessary alerts).
• When aborting a workout, you now have the option to immediately mark it completed (e.g. in case you completed it before the allocated time interval).
• You can now pause during the rest between workouts in a session play-through.

• Fixes a situation where a workout could get stuck and not progress.
• Fixes a situation where a compound workout would show instructions for the previously completed exercise.
• The rest duration after workouts within a session can now be set directly (previously, this was set as part of the workout configuration and was the same for all sessions using the workout).
• A session with multiple workouts can now be turned into a compound workout.
• The total session duration now includes any rest after individual workouts in the session.
• When aborting a workout, you are now given an option to still mark it as completed (but too difficult to complete fully).
• Added more exercise equipment options: massage ball; squeeze ball; body bar (stick, optionally weighted); bench.
• When duplicating a workout, all the workout settings (defaults, overrides, etc.) are now copied to the new workout.

• Get Apple Health app "credit" for the time you spend doing workouts with PT Timer. See the user guide for details on how to best use this feature. Requires a compatible device and iOS 12 or higher.
• The durations of workouts and sessions are now calculated and displayed (this is optional and can be turned off from Config).
• Add notes about any relevant events, independent of workouts. Notes are included in the PDF reports that you may provide to your physio. Access from the menu on the Workouts tab.
• Review the new features and other changes anytime (from the More tab).

• Feature: Export your workouts to a PDF document (including instructions, pictures, and schedule). Available from the More tab. This may be useful if you like to consolidate all the information in one paper document as a backup.
• Feature: From the menu on the Workouts tab, you can now perform a schedule reset, which will reset the workout due dates; for example, items marked "overdue" will be rescheduled for the first day compatible with the schedule.
• Improvement: The time passed since last completing a workout can now be shown independently of whether the workout has been scheduled.

• Send a progress report to your physical therapist. View the log (from the menu on the Workouts tab) then save the report or email it directly. The report shows the difficulty level and any comments you made when completing each exercise.
• Progress counting and count-down during a repetition can now be given by a simple tone, rather than by spoken counts; and for those short but tough positions, you can now have a progress count every second.
• For circuit training, easily repeat exercises within a compound workout. Just scroll to the bottom of the workout, tap +, tap to create circuit, then specify the number of rounds of the circuit.

A minor improvement for those of you who need to handle your phone, or keep it in your pocket, during workout: you can now select a more complex pause gesture and thus avoid accidentally pausing the workout. Use the Config tab, or the workout config, to set this option.
